Spring Maintenance Reminders

Spring is fast approaching, and we all know what that means in this sunny state - The temperatures will be 100 degrees before we know it! So we thought it was time to remind everyone of some key things to be taking care of, your A/C units and your car tires.

Both of these things work very hard during our hot spring and summer months, so it is really important to make sure they are working properly.

A/C Units

*If you live in an apartment be sure to let your maintenance and leasing teams know if something is not working properly with your A/C unit.

*If you live in a single family home, it is that time of year where we should all think about getting our A/C’s “tuned” up by a professional. A lot of companies will do this for a small fee, some will even do it for FREE!

***And no matter where you live, don’t forget to get your filter changed every month. This will allow your unit to run, and cool your space, more efficiently. (If you live at a Sullens & Euchner property our maintenance crew will take care of that for FREE!)

Car Tires

*When the temperatures heat up, so do our tires. So be prepared this spring and be sure to check your air pressure on a monthly basis. This will help keep your tires in good condition as well as improve your gas mileage, and with gas prices on the rise we all could use a few more dollars in our pockets!

FYI – your tires will have a number on them indicating what the maximum tire pressure amount should be. A good place to look is on the inside of the driver’s door or in your owner’s manual for more information.

***If you are unsure about filling your tires with air we have good news for you. Discount Tire will fill your tires with air for FREE whenever you need it! ***

….That there are fabulous restaurants, serving up great food all over the Valley, that won’t break the bank?

Yes, good food can come at a good price. There are restaurants all over the Valley serving up some tasty fare, at very reasonable prices – you just have to know where to look! AZCentral.com just came out with a great list of restaurants that will keep dough in your pocket and satisfy your need for really good food!

While some of the restaurants on the list are to be expected we want to point out a few of our favorites…..

Joe’s Farm Grill

If you have never made the trek,  it is beyond worth it. The atmosphere alone is awesome, coupled with great food and this weather - what could be better? Their BBQ Chicken Pizza is must, along with a creamy delicious shake!!

Chloe’s Corner

Chloe’s Corner, formerly The Counter, has some of the BEST food in town. The quaint restaurant now has more seating and the menu is still the best. Be sure to try a Grilled Cheese, and a must order is the toffee/chocolate chip cookie – you will not be disappointed!

The Herb Box

The Herb Box has been serving up some our favorite food for years! With two locations in Scottsdale, this is another place we highly recommend. From their delightful home-made desserts, and their wonderful flavors of lemonade to their delicious salads – this place has no shortage of great food!
